Do I need a membership?
No. There is no membership required at Emerald Spa. Simply call us and book the treatment you'd like — every guest is welcome.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend calling at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time, though we will always do our best to accommodate same-day requests when availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change — we understand. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another guest.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
We are located in the heart of San Francisco — perfect for working professionals. When you arrive, open the gate next to the shoe shop, and one of our health professionals will be there to welcome you in.
